Network discovery and file sharing is a wonderful feature which allows you to access files from any computer within one network (LAN) Local Area Network by enabling local area network sharing option in windows operating system.
Follow this below steps to enable network discovery and file sharing in your computer.
If you want to enable file sharing in computer simply follow the below step and enable in your computer.
Step 1: Click Windows button and type advance file sharing and click enter
Step 2: Now you can find 3 different tabs Private, Guest and public and all networks sometimes you find only 2 home public and private.
Step 3: Check the boxes as I done in below images.

Guest or Public
Here you can see to enable file and printing sharing option if you want to enable printer sharing from your computer simply check the box and save it.

Step 5: Here you can find all setting of file sharing Check the all the boxes as I done in below image.
Additionally you can set a password protected on your file sharing for your shared computer you can check (Turn on password Protected setting) option.
Note: If you enable turn on password protected option no one can access your file from any other computer without the shared computer username and password.

Now you have successfully discovered that your computer is shared to your local computers.
Now follow the steps to enable Network discovery and file sharing on your specific drive example C: D: E: etc.,
Step 1: Now Open My computer
Step 2: Select the drive and right click on the drive which you want to enable sharing and click properties.
Step 3: Click the sharing tab and click advance sharing.
Step 4: Now a pop will appear click the check box (share this folder).
Step 5: Now simply click permission check all the boxes (Full control, change and Read) to enable permission.

Step 6: Finally click apply and OK to complete.
As the above steps, you can enable file sharing to all your drives which you want to share in one computer.
Note: Once all done check whether the file sharing working.
